The rooms at Hi Boutique Hotel were like a breath of fresh air. They were elegant and cozy, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was so comfy, and the air conditioning kept me cool on hot summer nights. I loved having a minibar and a TV with cable channels in my room. It felt like my own little sanctuary.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the seating area in some of the rooms. It didn't feel very comfortable to me.

I had a fantastic stay at Hi Boutique Hotel! The interior was stunning, especially the elegant mezzanine staircase that led to the rooms. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheese. My room was spacious and had excellent air conditioning to keep it at the perfect temperature. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing valuable local information and storing our bags after check-out. The hotel's location was superb, just a short walk from the train station and a mere 4 minutes away from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The shower leaked so much that I could have used it as a water park. So thrilling.

Friendly staff greeted us on arrival and spoke excellent english. Hotel has been fully refurbished recently, and it shows. Pleasant, quiet location just a short walk from restaurants and beach.

Staff were welcoming and excellent. General style was also excellent (somebody is very artistic).

Minor iritatons - no kettle for making tea/coffee in the room, no bath. No hot breakfast.

The hotel could benefit from some improvements to the shower situation.

Amazing staff, lovely hotel, had a great stay. My roommate complained that you could smell urine at times, however, in the bathroom. The shower flooded the entire bathroom too. Also, there was a lot of noise at night, the window was tiny and the outlets were not accessible. However, wifi was great, breakfast lovely, entire hotel was really night and the hotel staff were exceptional.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room and the large terrace. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the main streets and restaurants, as well as being within walking distance of the beach. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

My stay at this hotel was great and I had no major issues.

This was our second time at this hotel and is so central for shopping and restaurants or walking to the sea gardens and the beach. Varna is just a lovely city on The Black Sea

We could have done with a waste basket in the main bedroom even though there was one in the bathroom. Only a small detail really

friendly staff, perfect location for city walks, beautiful building with nice design of the common areas ( lobby, bar, restaurant, corridors), but very basic in the room

the car parking is on the street in front of the hotel which could be an issue in some hours of the day; ask for room not looking at the main street to avoid the traffic noise ; as recommendations : 1.breakfast could include more ( and always) fresh vegitables in summer season; 2.The lights in the room could be switch off only near the entrance not close to the bed , which is not the best option after night reading...

The hotel had a prime location; it was in the centre of the city and close to the beach. It was easy to get around from here, and there were many great restaurants in the vicinity. The staff were friendly and provided excellent services, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay.

High quality rooms, with helpful friendly staff. Easy to walk to the centre of varna and to the sea gardens and beach. We enjoyed a lovely 2 nights here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Varna especiallt for a city break.

The location is excellent being close to the centre of Varna for shopping, sight seeing & eating out and also for the beach. The hotel is comfortable, clean and reasonably priced. The staff all speak excellent English and are very friendly and helpfull.

Stayed here for Christmas and I absolutely loved it! The breakfast was delicious with many fresh options including fruits and veggies. The location was perfect; in the heart of the old town and a short walking distance to the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us with everything we needed. I also enjoyed the authentic and cozy atmosphere.

The beds in our room were not connected, making it uncomfortable when watching a movie. the shower could be updated to something more modern.
